If you are not 100% satisfied with your ViralTrenz Electric Brush, we want to help. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet one of the following conditions:

• The item is unopened and in the original packaging.
• The item arrived damaged or defective.

Opened or used items that are not defective are generally not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons, but please contact us if you have issues.

How to Start a Return

1. Contact us at support@viraltrenz.net with your Order ID.

2. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.
